War library Serpentine Museum. War Library features 5,000 books bound in Dutch wax print. Along each spine, gold lettering indicates what lies within, nodding to peace treaty titles and conflicts.

Prince Albert Memorial. He died in 1861 at the age of 42. Queen Victoria commissioned this memorial which opened in 1872.
We went out for Indian food for lunch at the very popular Dishoom. This was the Dishoom House Chaat, fried sweet potato covered with yogurt, pomegranate, beetroot, radish and carrot. I thought it looked pretty and it tasted good too.

Hyde Park, part of the Royal Parks. I have been here before in high school. I don’t remember which part of the park we visited.

Michael’s funny way to end the day. Novelty Automation. A collection of satirical home-made arcade machines. Stand in position and let the rubber gloves give you a thorough frisk. 
Novelty Automation. Use the remote manipulator arm to open the fuel box and load the fuel pellets into the reactor. 
Novelty Automation. Spin the arrow and see where it lands. Then view what happens to the lamb in detail.

A successful first full day in London. We walked 8 miles today and 20, 000 steps. Now time for dinner.
